Classical and rapid methods in yoga

Classic yoga techniques.

We have two sets of axioms. Each kit provides their methods. Define it with the words and concepts impossible because the purpose to which the yogi approaches, higher than the words and thoughts. A person engaged in classical yoga, must be close to freedom, and then begins such a state that, in general, is inexpressible. Even the word "freedom" can not characterize this state, because the state is higher than the concept of freedom. It is clear that we have no thoughts, no words to express this state. The method of classical yoga (ie yoga, which is based on the first and second principles) suggests a gradual approach to a certain purpose. And then the question arises: "How much time is required to achieve this Idel?" To this question there are no specific guidelines or restrictions. This is purely individual. A person can spend a few lives, and hundreds of lives and several billions of lives to achieve this goal. It all depends on the speed with which a person approaches this goal. Classical Yoga teaches first of all patience and hard work on himself. This is not a cavalry raid: time, times, and you are three seconds prize won or reached the goal. No. It's quiet, it is not designed for a single life event. That is, in classic yoga considered that can go over several consecutive lives. Moreover, it is not considered to be something terrible or something abnormal. It is quite natural, especially if we analyze the goal toward which we strive.

The word "freedom" - it is a serious concept, especially in the yogic explanation that refers to freedom from all. In classical methods assume that from life to life, we are getting closer to this goal. The most interesting is that we aim to the end can not be formulated, we just did not have the experience to survive this purpose. Therefore, we are constantly envisage yourself some horizons and reach. But it is our freedom must increase. And classical yoga encourages us step by step, not in a hurry, gradually "squeeze out a slave." Lesson is very long, very difficult. Mastered this way can only stubborn man with serious intentions. Difficulties on the path of yoga.

This path is associated with enormous difficulties. Firstly, we carry within itself a menagerie of impressions from previous lives. We sometimes, without realizing, we start to behave like animals in human bodies: aggressive, effusively. Sometimes, on the contrary, it appears to take responsibility in the form of passivity, crushed, unwillingness and inability - like sheep in the herd. Moreover, it can be interleaved. In some circumstances we behave insolently, with aggression, in some circumstances, on the contrary - tail between his legs. And to deal with this extremely difficult. Now you can not feel the urgent need to deal with their fear. Just no circumstances to that fear in you woke up. But things can change in a matter of hours. There may be certain situations in life, and you pull hard on the wave of fear. Fear is paralyzing, debilitating, sitting hot nail and governs our behavior.

The same situation is with anger. We can consider ourselves restrained people, but here we find ourselves in certain circumstances, and all of our decency flies, we cease to control themselves and rush with fists on the offender, completely forgetting about all the intentions, which we previously guided. It is because we have a lot to go on the program level, at the level of conditioned reflexes. And this must be fought, otherwise we are not much different from animals. And so from life to life. Sometimes a person has a favorable living conditions - no fear, no anger, and he has the illusion that he is already perfect, and already engaged in the development of allegedly not necessary. And now we move on to another topic, very complex. Once again, what we consider axiomatic yoga, that is, consider the principles that have shaped all the methods and practice of yoga. We are moving to the next step of our analysis - the so-called fast methods of yoga.

What is meant by rapid methods of yoga?

Already the title "Fast Methods" You can find the answer: these are the methods that significantly reduce the time of our transformation, while towards the ultimate goal of yoga. That is, in the classical methods of initial conversation is about the lives and the yogi is ready for the fact that he lives several lives before it reaches any heights. Perception the same techniques of yoga is expected to significantly reduce the time and, ideally, to reach the goal within the current life.

Axiomatics of yoga - this is an extremely complex science, and I present it to you, not because I am some kind of an expert in it, and because no one else to do it. Track, as we come from the axioms of the classical yoga techniques in yoga - a very difficult task for our logic and our mind. As for the rapid methods in yoga, it is the task of super-heavy.

I just want to say that I do not understand how to really work fast techniques in yoga. I know only that:

a) these rapid methods are;

b) they do work;

c) there are specific practices that can be used regardless of whether or not you fully understand how they work or do not understand. It is like mobile phones: they are many, but hardly anyone of you fully understand the principles by which signals are transmitted or coded, or how it all works.

A significant part of the transition from the classical axioms of yoga to yoga fastest methods to have not survived or not available to us, is unknown. We do not know, maybe in some temple in India and have abandoned the manuscript, explaining in detail all the subtleties of the axioms, but for us it is not available, as if it was not. An important factor is the use of rapid methods - the willingness to walk the path of classical yoga.

So, there are some techniques that can significantly reduce the time and practice very quickly to reach a result. I immediately want many warn against rash conceit. All they consider themselves already quite advanced people, ready for rapid methods. Why would they spend their lives on the classical methods, if there is a chance to quickly achieve something? It should immediately remember: the structure of rapid methods suggests that a person can take advantage of it, who is willing to follow the classical methods, even if it takes billions of lives. If you do not have this willingness, the quick and easy method you will never use. It says that if you do not have the opportunity to practice fast methods (and in fact this possibility is very rare), then you have to go through the classical yoga. Even if for this need to die and be born again and then a huge amount of time that you have with the happiness of looking at this prospect. If you show a certain impatience and a desire to jump over a step, and then through all the steps, you'll be left with nothing, because it is not in this universe such that a person jumps over the stage of their development. A person can very quickly move forward, to others it may seem that these steps do not have, but these steps are, just as if they flashed by. So, one of these stages - a willingness to follow the classical methods of yoga.


At the last session, we stopped on the axiom of non-contradiction of the two systems of axioms. I remind it to you: the methods, built on a system of axioms and methods of the macrocosm, microcosm built on a system of axioms can be different and even contradictory, but lead to the same result. From this it follows the method where you can afford and where you have to force yourself. That is, step by step, we then allow ourselves, then we force, then let then forced. And thus we get closer to our goal.


Axiom higher sverhlogichnom unity of being.

To go to the quick method, we need to learn another axiom - the axiom of higher sverhlogichnom unity of being. It goes like this: the laws of the microcosm of the macrocosm of the system and the laws of the system, the laws of interaction of these different systems - is merely a manifestation of an independent, universal, the Supreme Law of Being. Or in other words: all these laws - this is just a special case of a Supreme Law of Being.

It begins some small gaps in the axioms. Go to the unusually rapid methods difficult. Not preserved the way, and why it happened. There are some gaps even in a logical method that something survived, and what do not. Here is an example from physics. In physics, there was something like this when I was a classical physics of Newton and other scientists, and then suddenly there was quantum physics and it seemed there was spontaneous and nothing. Just the opposite is true, Classical Yoga - this is when we do not use the entire arsenal of methods, but only part of it. If we are not far removed, as they say, from the animal instincts, fears of his bad karma, you should start from the simple. But this simple - simplified case of something universal.


Quick yoga techniques operate out of time.

Quick techniques in yoga - is, perhaps, closest to the universal techniques in yoga. Classical yoga - this is when we have the truth, and we are on the left and the right approach to it step by step. In mathematics, for the solution of applied methods terrarium, that is, we find a solution, but not exact, looking for the next solution in more detail, and so getting closer, until we reach the ideal solution. And the number of steps of this approach can be enormous. The quick methods are numerous practices that have lead us to this.

Until the end to tell you how it works, I can not, but I know that it works. Moreover, on this built many things. There is the concept of "school blessing" or "the blessing of the teacher." Teacher said, "Man, you will be all right, after three years will attain enlightenment." Three years passed - attained enlightenment. It seems to be logical, utter contradiction of all that axioms, which we considered. But there is no violation, the whole axiomatic execute. Why is this happening? Why is there a "direct transfer of knowledge"? What makes a school of yoga yoga school, not a group of comrades who, for example, collect stamps? Why has this impulse unspeakable? It is these two axioms of the system: one for all as it looks, but for all the other internal. And we remember that the two principles of yoga emerged from these two systems: the first principle - do no harm to any living being unless absolutely necessary, and the second principle - nerastrachivanie energy, consciousness and energy on worthless things. And if we consider the situation within the microcosm of the axioms of the system, it turns out that for the suffering, for something negative there is no place. Consider this same situation from the perspective of the macrocosm - is exactly the same situation: all one Absolute fair and wise. What were suffering? They, too, such as no. But suffering, the problems we face, yet there. So they're on the verge of these axioms. Inside them there, outside they do not, then they are somewhere in the middle, on the edge.

But this axiom of a single law says that not only inside and outside there, and on the border, too, no, not really anywhere. And we are beginning to approach close to the starting point of rapid methods. As a consequence - a conclusion: the universe in every period of time, at each point of the space is balanced, that is enlightened. And the conclusion is quite specific: what is not now, never has been and never will be, and what is here and now, always has been, is and will be. And this is the very first prerequisite for rapid methods.

His words: if you are looking for enlightenment in the Himalayas, somewhere out there, a teacher of legs you should know that your enlightenment - now and here, in front of your nose. What is not here, you are that will not find it. Or on the other hand, if ever any yogi has reached the state of enlightenment, has reached a certain height in the knowledge of yoga, and were, of course, to the appropriate conditions, the same conditions that were for him, available to you - right at the same moment, right in the same spot. It's a very tricky timeless crosslinking. But more technically, faster methods are characterized by the following sentence or the following description of the method.


Method: the purpose and means of achieving the goal must be the same.

Very strange, difficult and tricky phrase. Think about it - is the same as to think about the infinity of the sky: it further and further, and you realize that you have ceased to understand. There are many other expressions on rapid methods, more or less sane. I will read some of them. Our friends Buddhists have a single position on the nature of Nirvana and Samsara. In fact it is - the same thing, but said more understandable words and more understandable language. Sometimes Tantra provides such statements: to be God, act like God; to attain enlightenment, behave as if you are already enlightened; that is in Samadhi, live as if you already are in Samadhi. That is a kind of self-deception. This is a rather clumsy attempt to express the first fundamental principle that the process of achieving the goal and the goal (when you have already reached it) should be merged. This phrase is no place for the time, so these methods are called fast.


The third principle of yoga - a vow of renunciation of sufferings.

But back yet to the axioms. Following the axiom of the law of universal unity of being is the following conclusion, which is sometimes called the third principle of yoga or vow rejection of suffering. Let me remind you, we come to the first principles of yoga, to the second principle of yoga and now come to the third. I must make a very important point that if the third principle will not you learned, the better off you all to stay away from fast methods of yoga. Otherwise, you can pretty much a burden to his karma instead of achieving any significant results. The first principle of yoga - that's why he and the first that he was founding. The second yoga principle - on it and second, that there is a subform to the first. Third yoga principle (principle of non-suffering) works only when the two met earlier. If a person tries to immediately jump to the third principle, not fulfilling the first two, there is a high probability of a person becoming a monster that will sooner or later becomes a tyrant and begins to live according to the slogan "iron hand of communism, driving mankind to happiness." And you'll see why it's so dangerous.

And now - itself the third principle of yoga. There are different formulations of it in different schools of yoga. We must remember that any doctrine or any ancient treatise written for the people who lived then, why the same principle is found in various formulations. Many respected philosophical systems close to yoga (or yoga is the same, but slightly different), there are other principles (vows), which is also this third principle, but they are used to a very different cultural soil and are expressed in very different words.

The third principle of yoga: I renounce suffering. Nothing and no one has the right to impose my suffering. I will always help to get rid of all sentient beings from suffering, when I was able to help them do that.


Or in other words: I give up suffering and the suffering engendered ignorance. I voleizyavlyayu to in my universe was no longer suffering. I gladly will do everything I can to eliminate the pain every time I faced with the suffering of sentient beings, or when there is need my help, and I'll be able to help in the elimination of the suffering of others. But if someone tries to make me suffer, I will not accept this suffering.

And if very briefly: "All he will suffer no longer, and others will help, if they would not have to suffer." Impose nothing we can do. Everyone - a separate universe. Here is a principle derived from the axiom of non-contradiction of the two systems of axioms of non-contradiction and the Law of Being.


The difference between the classical yoga of rapid methods: add another principle (third principle of yoga) and one method (the purpose and means of achieving the same goal).

We formally determined that classical yoga - a system of self-knowledge, to keep the first and second series of principle and using method - where you need to make yourself, and where you can afford. Again indirectly defines the goal to which all this should lead human - is freedom and as a consequence of the higher spiritual discovery.

The quickest method of yoga all the same thing as in the classical: the goals are the same, and intermediates signs on the way in the form of freedom. Once again, that the classical methods have evolved from fast methods, not vice versa. The quickest method is formally added to the third principle - the refusal of suffering or help living beings in the rejection of suffering - as well as the method, when the means of achieving the goal itself, and should be merged. The dangers in the use of the third principle of yoga. The analogy with jet control.

It is very easy to cross the line, when we violate the first principle of yoga and begin to harm living beings. The most offensive, that in the majority of cases, such failures occur when using only the third principle.

As far as can be judged by the people who were trying to apply quick yoga techniques in their practice, namely non-compliance with the principles of the First and Second in favor of third; usually I put an end to their practice or to create a lot of trouble both in practice and in life. This led to such situations, after which they are aware that it is too early to threaten rapid methods, as and Classic are not yet fully understood. And becomes more adequate.

The other side, when the third principle and the method of matching the goals and means of achieving it penetrate into the concrete practices (the practices will be a separate conversation), it opens a lot of opportunities to speed up the practice. But just as there is also a huge danger that you can currently generate negative karma. While we are in the plane of karma, the law of karma has not been canceled.

The third principle of yoga - Protect principle.

I often hear the erroneous view that the rapid methods are based on a third principle, that the third principle - is the foundation of rapid methods. Friends, this is not so. The same applies to the second principle of yoga. This is a very serious danger, the more - the rejection of suffering. It reminds us all of our revolution. Revolutionaries are all very brave men, many had a hard fate. An analysis of the third principle of yoga.

And this principle has compensating part of the balance that balances this risk - the second part of the principle of care for all living beings. Although, in fact, if more than strictly follow the first principle, such a hazard. Yoga is primarily a practical science.
