1. What is yoga?

Yoga is an ancient, very kind, very logical and harmonious system of self-exploration and exploring of the Universe.

Yoga reveals our inner abilities and gives absolute freedom. Yoga has incorporated the century’s’ wisdom and the experience of the followers of this system. As a result of this self-exploration very specific recommendations were given on how to maintain physical and mental health, how to open up intellectual and creative abilities hidden in every human.


Yoga is said to be that only system of self-exploration, which strictly adheres to two principles (the principle of kindness and the principle of common sense) and leads to a disclosure of absolute freedom. First of all, it makes people free from physical, intellectual and mental limitations caused by inharmonious lifestyle.
