Meditation on Yoga Principles (video)


All types of yoga are based on certain ideas, or principles, some basic statements. In Open yoga school, this basis is represented by the 3 principles of yoga. This is the basis of yoga, which should be present in every practice. If it’s not there, then no matter what we do, it won’t be yoga.
