Nidra yoga is a practice in a state of complete relaxation. We will gradually relax at different levels: our physical body, calm our breath and emotions, come into a state of carelessness and inner peace. We will work with the transit state: between wakefulness and sleep. At the time, when the sensation of wakefulness has already passed, and the sensation of sleep has not come. But as you move from one state to another, a deeper level opens up, which is closer to the state of the single higher reality.
